When we seek the love of the Father, this is what heals us and drives our fears away. A long time ago when I was seeking this for myself and reading through scripture, I discovered the heart of Adonai is many passages. One of the key verses was this:

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)

That verse brought tears to my eyes, thinking that my very creator, the holiest in the universe has that kind of heart toward me even though I have messed up considerably, being disobedient and going in the wrong direction many times. But because he is holy, he thinks the best of us. He does not beat us down in anyway, but because he is holy he builds us up.
