Remember, loving others means being able to forgive and to forget. This is maturity. Those who cannot forgive and walk out of your life even when you have done nothing wrong to them, have not experienced maturity (or integration). Scripture tells us that love keeps no record of wrong. But those who walk out of your life who cannot forgive, harbor bitterness and unforgiveness, they are still prisoners. Don’t be like them, forgive and forget quickly. Without forgetting, you have not truly forgiven. This releases you from the prison.
